Pack and Vikes on Track – Off-season ideas for Bears and Lions

Halfway thru the 2009 season……

The first half of the NFL season is in the books, and as for the NFC North, a few things have become apparent:

1. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED – When Brett Favre left Green Bay in 2007, he said that he felt that he had “nothing left”. When he decided he wanted to come back, Ted Thompson decided that he and the Packers were ready to move on to Aaron Rodgers as their starting QB. (more…)

Where are the tough teams on the schedules?

With almost half the season in the books, this is turning out to be one of the weakest seasons for competition in the NFL.  For only being half way through the season, only half the teams are within two games of a 0.500 record.  With teams having played only 7 or 8 games, it’s hard to (more…)
